Local schools will reopen after Labor Day and the students will be gathering up their school supplies in anticipation of the new school year.
The mission committee and our Kingswood congregation will be donating much needed supplies to the students, parents and teachers at the annual Back to School Open House held at Brookside Elementary School in late August.
Everyone can help! Watch for sales and promotions. Let your heart lead you in purchasing some supplies for these students! Bring your donations to the collection box in the narthex or mark your check with “School Supplies” for the church treasurer if you wish to make a monetary donation.
